CHOCOLATE WARS: Hershey Sues Dove

I hate frivolous lawsuits.  And to me, this sounds like a frivolous lawsuit.  Hershey Chocolate is suing Dove Chocolate this holiday season.  Hershey claims that Dove is infringing on its patented orange, brown and tan wrappings that it uses for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.  Hershey claims Dove’s packaging for peanut butter chocolate Promise squares looks to similar.  Judge for yourself. 

I find the claim ridiculous.  Do they look anything alike to you?  Plus, while I am a fan of Dove chocolate, nothing, but nothing beats a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and it’s look is iconic.
