THIS is the hot Christmas Toy for 2011???
Toys “R’ Us is putting all of its Christmas wishes in one stocking…and inside that stocking is a little Japanese robot. Really? Really.
It’s called “My Keepon” and the US toy retailer has snagged the US rights to it. It only stands about 10 inches tall and really looks like somebody super glued 2 tennis balls together. And that’s it. But play a tune and “My Keepon” keeps on keepin’ on with its bad self. Interpretation: it dances. You can see it in the video below.
Not sure if this will be THE big holiday hit Toys “R” Us hopes it will. It’s not even cute, but at least it can dance. A lot of white people can’t say the same.
Oh yeah, it’s supposed to sell for less than $50.
